With the new year, brings new changes. As of 2015 Carden Computers will be making a few small changes to the way we operate to make our service much clearer for existing and potential clients.
Firstly we are changing our name. For the past 7 years we have been known as Carden Computers. This name covered both our consumer repair and our business to business services. As we have grown this has lead to confusion about which office does what service and who you need to contact.
Carden Computers will still continue to operate but will solely be for home user sales and repairs, they will operate out of the same premises and retain the same shop front at 191 Carden Avenue in Brighton.
Carden IT Services is the new name for our business sales and support. It allows us to have a more defined service and as we also operate from a different office easier for our clients to distinguish. Our main telephone number for the office will continue to operate and our expert team of sales and support persons will stay the same with our focus on high levels of service. We also wanted to take a moment to show you the full range of services we offer, that you might not have known about. Centralising more of your services with us means that issues become easier and quicker to fix, only one point of contact and much easier to manage from an administration and billing point of view.
